Scholarship & Financial Aid

GYL is a non-profit 501C-3 organization dedicated to providing the youth of Greenwich, Connecticut opportunities to learn and play the sport of lacrosse. We do not want financial capability to prevent a child from being able to participate in our lacrosse programs.

We recognize that the combined cost of registration and lacrosse equipment is significant. If these costs are a burden, GYL is prepared to provide assistance when possible.

Please send a brief request along with the circumstances regarding the request to the Pat Coleman (GYL President). Your request will be kept in strict confidence. All requests will quickly be reviewed by the financial aid committee. All requests are considered during the registration period of the respective program in question and a response will be forthcoming as to what GYL is prepared to do within a few days of the request.
