GYL Video Collection is Online

Dear Greenwich Youth Lacrosse Families,

We hope everyone is safe and sound. 

GYL coaches, local high school coaches, former players, and friends of GYL are making videos for our players.  Our intent is to provide some instruction and drills that can be done at home during shelter in place.  For our younger players, some of these drills may require some help from an adult or older sibling.  For our travel players, we are hoping you are getting out and using lacrosse training to fulfill your school’s athletic requirements.

Each day we will send out a link to a video via our social media platforms.  All of the videos can be found on the GYL Training Videos page.  We encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram in order to get the latest posts as they happen.  Most social networking sites only allow users aged 13 and over pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.  GYL encourages all of our members to adhere to these platform guidelines and ensure that use of social media is properly supervised.

We plan to continue adding videos throughout the year.  Please let us know if you would like to contribute a video.
