Program Philosophy
GYL is your home for boys and girls from kindergarten through 8th grade. We seek to build a player’s confidence through mastering lacrosse skills and we aspire to develop an ethic of teamwork and fair play. We aim to develop character and values that will benefit players today, in later years, and in other endeavors. Players will learn the value of teamwork, determination, and commitment, and HAVE FUN playing lacrosse.
Our program is open to any resident of Greenwich, CT. Our House League program starts in Kindergarten and continues through 4th grade. We offer Intro to Travel in 3rd of 4th grade. Our traditional Travel program begins in 5th grade and continues through 8th grade. You can learn more about those programs from the ABOUT GYL drop down menu.
