House League is the core of the GYL program for girls in grades 3-4 and takes place on Saturday afternoons, rain or shine. It is a wonderful option for 4th graders who cannot make a commitment to a travel team. Emphasis is on rules of the game and teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse including stick handling, cradling, catching and passing. The girls participate in small-sided drills and scrimmages.
